Returns, exchanges and cancellation policy

Given the perishable nature of our truffles, the order must be delivered or picked up within a maximum of 2 days from the date of shipment.


In the event that delivery cannot be made due to the customer's absence at the indicated address, or for reasons beyond Sélavy's control, the company is exempt from all liability for loss of quality or deterioration of the product, and no replacement or compensation will be provided.


We ship all items through the SEUR Frío courier service. Once the order leaves our facilities, delivery is the sole responsibility of the shipping company. We do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons beyond Sélavy's control or within the scope of the transportation company's responsibilities. In the event of an absence, the customer must choose whether (i) they wish to collect it from the Seur Frío Point in their locality, or (ii) have their order reshipped the following day. In the event of a delivery delay, the customer must contact us within the next 24 hours, as we depend on the shipping company to provide a solution, and the processing time may take up to 72 hours.


If you receive the product in poor condition or receive a product that does not match the one ordered, you must write to us at info@selavysuperfoods.com within 24 hours of receiving the order, attaching a photo of the received product and the order number.

We will evaluate your case to proceed with a full or partial refund of the order, or a discount for future purchases. In the event of a full return, the customer can choose between a refund of the order or request a new shipment. In both cases, the company reserves the right to request a pickup of the defective product. The refund will be made through the same means used to pay for the order. We do not offer refunds for commercial reasons or for delivery delays that are beyond the company's control. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can contact us at info@selavysuperfoods.com explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. We'd be happy to listen to you and, if possible, offer a solution. We will not accept any changes or returns if we have not received notification of the order number beforehand.
