3. SHIPMENTS

3.1. Scope and delivery times

  • We have refrigerated transportation with Seur Frío.

  • Free shipping on orders and subscriptions over €90. You can also pick up your order at no additional cost at our workshop at Calle San Bernardino 21, 28015, Madrid.

  • Community of Madrid, ordering before 5:00 PM, you would receive your order within the next 48 hours via Seur Frío. Outside the Madrid region, between 48 and 72 hours.

3.2. Delivery conditions

  • Shipping from the Community of Madrid every Monday through Thursday.

  • Shipping costs for Seur Frío to the Community of Madrid and the Peninsula are fixed. We ship to the entire Peninsula. We do not deliver to the islands. The base cost is €6.50. We deliver in 48 hours from Tuesday to Friday during the 9am to 5pm time slot.
    6:00 PM. However, during peak periods, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.

  • To ensure that your order arrives at the carrier's warehouse before the weekend (and is as fresh as possible), we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays.
