CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel orders up to 48 hours before the shipping date by emailing info@selavysuperfoods.com.

  • If the order is already being prepared or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


RESPONSIBILITY

Selavy is not responsible for delays attributable to the shipping agency, force majeure, or the recipient's absence, which result in product deterioration due to not being delivered or collected within the expected timeframe.
